Lindsey Solutions was founded in 2009 by Andrew Lindsey and Josiah Hunter. The company was a product of Lindsey Benefits Services, a benefits broker, and M&M Financial a tax/accounting/payroll firm. Today we still have a traditional brokerage, providing Employee Benefits, Property Casualty and Retirement services. We utilize the iSolved software as a Payroll provider to our clients. Both of these services are ancillary to our primary business, HR ASO/PEO. We are our Clients HR, acting remote similar to HR at a Fortune 500 company. We provide all aspects of administrative HR to include onboarding, compliance, employee relations as well as Strategic HR to help our clients be the employer of choice.
