Unified has a live answer (a real person!) phone system and provides each customer with a dedicated account manager. Reporting is as current as the previous day's close of business. We partner with vendors to provide claims cost-savings for our customers, helping to reduce healthcare costs for your company and offer 24/7 access to information including, but not limited to, EOBs, Compliance Dashboard, Healthcare Bluebook, electronic enrollment, and more.
