• High turnover and underperforming management plagued the Sr. leadership teams of TRUGREEN, UNIFIRST, ARAMARK, AND ADVANCED AUTO PARTS. In each case, I was challenged to develop strategic recruiting plans and execute them. Within an average of 60 days each, I designed and executed confidential TA strategies; This culminated in these National Fortune 500 companies increasing their sales an average of 20% within the first year.
