Remote Workers Still Don’t Want to Return to the Office

In a recent survey, Clarify Capital found 68% of remote workers would prefer to seek a new position instead of going back to work. For 34% of Americans, flexible schedules are a must for their return.

Major factors hindering the overall desire for employees to return to the office, include the commute to work, getting home later, and waking up earlier, among others.  

Although employees are not eager to return to the office, there may be ways for managers to encourage it.  

According to research, popular incentives being negotiated by employees include flexible work hours, their own office space, lifestyle spending accounts, and more.
