Who is Mployer?
Mployer’s mission is to empower employers, employees and benefit consultants to easily assess, rate and communicate the value of employee benefits. We are the nation’s leading independent, third-party platform rating and valuing an employer’s employee benefits plan. We aim to help employers optimize benefit costs, enhance employee engagement and performance, and reduce employee turnover and new hire time to fill.
How do the additional resources offered differ from what my advisor provided me?
Mployer supports your advisor. Your advisor plays pivotal roles in helping to design and implement your benefit plan. Mployer offers an independent, unbiased assessment and rating of your benefits plan. We provide easy-to-understand materials to communicate the value and market position of your benefits to employees and recruits.
How many companies am I compared against?
Your benefits are compared against a custom cohort of employers in your size, industry and region. At a minimum, it is 30 employers. For any subset where we have less than 30, we expand the cohort to include others in a size tier above yours to ensure a full cohort available for comparison. This ensures that you receive a relevant and accurate assessment of how your benefits stack up against those offered by similar organizations.
What % of companies qualify for the award?
Each benefit plan is compared against a select cohort of employers just like you. Ratings are broken down into different five different segments of 20% each. Market Competitive represents employers from the 40-60th percentile, Market Leading the 60-80th percentile and 80-100th percentile are Top Benefits.
Do I need to resubmit my plan data each year to see if I qualify?
Yes, to ensure accuracy and relevancy, you should resubmit your plan data annually. This allows us to provide up-to-date assessments and ratings, reflecting any changes in your benefits plans or the market landscape.
