Anthony Waters is Senior Vice President of Strategy and Product at Mployer Advisor. Waters has more than a decade of experience building sales teams and developing organizations within the healthcare, insurtech, and martech spaces. Prior to Mployer Advisor, Waters was Vice President of Business Development at Group MarketShare where he helped launch the first-of-its-kind benchmarking and analytics SaaS tool for the group disability and group life insurance space. Before MarketShare, Waters was Director of Business Development at Broadspire, a claims SaaS company, where he developed a third-party administrator services program that managed short-term disability, FMLA policies, and claims.
