The Reed College Quest is the independently run student newspaper of Reed College. The first edition of The Quest was printed in 1913. The print edition of The Quest currently publishes every Friday throughout the academic year. Archives of The Quest dating back to 1915 can be accessed on campus in the Quest office. The Reed Library has a full set of Quests dating back to 1913.

Alternative Services–Oregon, INC. (ASI) is a non-profit organization originally founded in 1978 in Michigan. Since then, ASI has expanded to several branches throughout the nation—one of which is located in the state of Oregon. The Oregon branch of ASI began operation in 1989. It is dedicated to providing quality support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. ASI has one goal in mind: Support the individuals we serve to experience meaningful lives. All levels of ASI employees, from administrators to direct support professional staff are committed to ensuring that the individuals we support have the quality of life they desire. We believe each person has the right to direct their services and make decisions regarding their life to each person’s ability. Our person-centered practices have honored the individual’s and their family’s values, beliefs, and individuality for many years.

Latino Network was founded in 1996 by community leaders who grew concerned about the lack of adequate resources to meet the needs of the growing Latino community. Since that time, we have evolved to become an organization that also encompasses transformational programs aimed at educating and empowering Multnomah County Latinos. Low achievement scores, youth violence and high drop out rates undermine the Latino community’s potential. We address these issues by promoting early literacy, encouraging parent involvement, working with gang-involved and adjudicated youth and families, and providing academic support and activities to high school aged youth. We also build leadership capacity for youth and adults. Hillsboro Aero Academy, is one of the largest airplane and helicopter training schools in the United States. Thousands of pilots have graduated from our accredited programs and go on to fly for companies all over the world. Learning to fly is an amazing experience, and we have the knowledge, courses and equipment to you get off the ground as soon as possible. Our students received individualized instruction in a one-on-one environment which allows us to customize the training for every student. We have been training pilots since 1980 and are an FAA-approved flight school. We are also accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) Hillsboro Aero Academy has partners with multiple college programs so students can receive a two and four-year college degree in conjunction with their flight training at Hillsboro Aero Academy. All of our aircraft are meticulously maintained and our instructors are highly experienced and dedicated to teaching you the skills you need to fly.
