Council on Aging (COA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing quality of life for older adults, people with disabilities and their families. COA promotes choice, independence, dignity and well-being through a range of services that help people remain independent for as long as possible. Since 1974, COA has served as the state-designated Area Agency on Aging for Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton and Warren counties. One call to COA links people to the wide variety of agencies, information and programs that serve older adults, people with disabilities and their caregivers. Our Mission: To enhance lives by assisting people to remain independent through a range of quality services.

At Lighthouse, the light is always on, and the door is always open for any young person looking for help. And that’s only the beginning. Once inside, they receive the personalized care and unconditional support they need to thrive. At Lighthouse, a wide range of services is available so the young person can connect with what they need in one place. Approximately 400 young people sleep safely under a Lighthouse roof each night. And each one has the entire Lighthouse team on their side, providing access to therapy, case management, life skills training, and much more. Whatever the challenge, Lighthouse is ready to support each young person and their family on their unique journey.

The Child Development Council of Franklin County, Inc. (CDCFC) is a nonprofit organization funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The agency operates Head Start and Early Head Start programs for income eligible children from birth to 5. The program promotes school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive development of children through the provision of education, health, mental health and nutritional services. Services are family-centered, with the premise that children develop in the context of their families and culture. Families are provided opportunities and support for growth and change by identifying their own strengths, needs, interests and solutions. All services are available to children with special needs and/or disabilities.

Choices Coordinated Care Solutions is a national nonprofit organization committed to supporting youth, adults, and families facing significant behavioral and emotional challenges. We offer services such as Wraparound, mobile response, and behavioral health solutions in Indiana, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

SEKRI - A Non-profit Company that creates employment opportunities for people with significant disabilities and equips them for work in the competitive workplace. SEKRI is affiliated with SourceAmerica and falls under the AbilityOne program. SEKRI has five operating facilities in Kentucky and Tennessee.

The Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency (CAA) is a private, non-profit organization that has served as a lifeline for low-income children, adults and families throughout Hamilton County for more than four decades. The agency provides a safety net for those who have fallen and a ladder for those who are climbing. Delivering a seamless system of services, CAA and its 300 employees provide assistance with employment, supportive services, home energy efficiency, early childhood education, housing and youth programs. CAA is proud to be a part of the Community Action Partnership, a national association that represents the interests of the nearly 1,000 CAAs across the country, all devoted to ending poverty and empowering people to better their lives. MISSION To act as advocate, provider and facilitator for the full range of public and private resources, programs and policies which give low- to moderate-income individuals the opportunity to improve the quality of life for themselves, their families and their communities. Primary Health Solutions is a leading Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Southwest Ohio. Our mission is to improve community wellness through access to quality, affordable, and integrated primary healthcare. Primary Health Solutions strives to provide services to all members of the community regardless of their ability to pay. We serve patients through our nine integrated health centers, four of which are school based health centers in Hamilton, Fairfield, Middletown, and Edgewood City Schools. Patients are also able to access our mobile dental unit that travels between locations. We also are a strong advocate for collaboration with other healthcare providers, organizations, and hospitals within the area. Our services include: medical, dental, vision, coordinating care, nutritional assistance, X-ray, Express Care, WIC services, behavioral health, pharmacy, OB/GYN, and access to certified health insurance counselors. One unique feature of Primary Health Solutions is the access that patients are able to access multiple services at any of our locations making our centers a 'one stop shop'​.

Since 1953, Noble has been committed to one mission: to expand opportunities and enhance the quality of life of people with disabilities and their families through individualized services. Our services, based in Central and Eastern Indiana, include early intervention therapies for babies and toddlers, autism therapies and day camps for youth, and Project SEARCH and other school-to-work transition services for high school students. Our supports for adults include employment services, Community Living, Community Exploration, Community Integration, Music and Recreational Therapies, therapeutic art and Self-Advocacy. We also support families through advocacy as The Arc of Greater Indianapolis, respite, and parent education through our Center for Family Leadership.
