ICON INTERNATIONAL, INC.
Stamford, Connecticut

ICON International, Inc. is a specialized finance company engaged in corporate barter to help companies restore value to underperforming assets and fund corporate expenses. ICON’s corporate-barter solutions help companies recover lost value from a diverse range of underperforming assets. Though not a new idea, corporate barter has a growing number of new applications. It is a financial tool that can be used for assets on a balance sheet or an initiative in need of funding. A corporate-barter transaction is an exchange of an asset for goods or services that spans a period of time. Most companies produce some amount of excess inventory, capital goods, real estate or unwanted receivables. Companies typically dispose of these underperforming assets through liquidation, realizing only 10%-40% of its original value. By using corporate barter, companies can realize 100% of the economic value of underperforming assets, as well as fund new initiatives or expenses. ICON International, Inc. is a privately held organization that specializes in corporate barter. ICON is in full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and is annually audited by one of the Big Four accounting firms. ICON’s revenue recognition policy is in accordance with SAB 101, allowing revenue recognition as trade credit is retired. ICON has unmatched access to capital reserves which allows ICON to continuously invest in capacity-driven industries such as media, sourcing procurement solutions, travel and printing, which we then offer for trade credit redemption.
