What Holidays do Delaware Employers Offer?

Holidays are an essential component of a leave package, but they will vary depending on the size and industry of your employer. 33 percent of organizations provide their employees with fewer than six paid holidays. 55 percent give between 7 and 10 paid vacations, while 26 percent provide more than ten. New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are established core holidays that can be added to if desired. It is up to the discretion of the employer.
