We communicate this through our initial meetings with our Timeline of Services, and again with our annual Broker Services review. This way our clients can look anticipate and schedule our quarterly reviews, Open Enrollment schedule, onsite visits and any video meetings. Of course, this is in addition to typical servicing, atypical legislative changes and the all too familiar “expected-unexpected” circumstances that necessitate additional communication with our clients, and vice-versa.
