*2nd Place Winner of "USA Today" Best Distillery Tasting Room in the United States 2022*At Six & Twenty Distillery I wore many hats. I am the Master Mixologist whom designs the tasting room cocktail menu and cocktail classes, as well as teaches the classes. I am the Bar Manager controlling all inventory, training, hiring/firing, cash handling, payroll, tip distribution and personalization of the guest experience. I am the Kitchen Manager whom designed the petite dining menu to accent the cocktail experience, inventory control, price index sheets for COGs, training, ServeSAFE certified, TIPS certified, cleaning and equipment maintenance. Finally, my last responsibility is Retail Manager, not only are we a cocktail bar/tasting room, we are also a Liquor Store for all our guests to purchase the spirits of their choosing from our portfolio.
