Track progress of release schedules across the contract while proactively managing and mitigating risks and issues across the scrum team. Manage projects and serve as primary liaison between clients and multiple internal groups to clarify goals and meet standards and deadlines. Guide and mentor teams on how to successfully be agile Remove impediments/blockers or guide the team to remove them Facilitate teams’ Scrum ceremonies Review the teams’ burndown chart and improve upon it Call out scope creep and work with the team and the Product Owner to handle it appropriately Follow up on and implement (or help to implement) any retrospective action items Guide the team through effective and fun retrospective activities Guide the team toward a stable velocity and make sure they stick to it Develop and manage the teams’ Definition of Done, Entrance Criteria, and Working Agreements. Hold team accountable for following them Help drive the organization toward a more healthy and effective agile process
