CLS is a private, not-for-profit organization promoting inclusion, full citizenship and a self-determined life for people with developmental disabilities. CLS, Inc. provides supports and services to over 2,700 adults and children in Wayne County. CLS also has an office in Oakland County and one in Louisville, Kentucky.

One of the largest private, non-profit Community Action Agencies in the country, CEDA serves residents throughout Cook County, Illinois. Programs and services are offered in the areas of education, emergency assistance, employment and workforce training, energy conservation and services, health and nutrition, and housing counseling services.
