SVMC, a 99-bed community hospital, is Vermont's first Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence. Our cancer program is accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer and the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers. Marlborough Hospital, a community resource since 1890, is served by a medical staff of more than 300 primary care physicians and specialists.
