• Responsible for developing, leading and delivering all human resources initiatives strategically and
tactically.
• Analyze and manage all benefit plans and define and implement cost effective benefits strategies.
Manage multiple vendor relationships including but not limited to benefit brokers, benefit
providers, retirement plan service providers, and outsourced HR service providers, etc.
• Collaborate with external HR subject matter experts, advisers, and attorneys as necessary.
• Identify and deliver timely data /reports including detailed analytics.
• Propose research, develop, write, and update policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Implement and manage compensation and benefits philosophy, strategy, and policy
• Hands-on management of HRIS system which includes on-boarding, recruiting, human
resources,payroll, benefits, performance management and COBRA modules
• Develop and execute a strategy for employee training and professional development including:
Individual Development Plans, Health and safety program and legally required, voluntary, and
business-appropriate training for supervisors and employees.
• Manage performance management process.
• Develop and execute strategies that effectively manage the full cycle talent management process
to attract, hire, retain, compensate, and performance manage top talent. Handle tasks from
sourcing to offer letters.
