As Director, Human Resources Business Partner, I was building and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices. My key duties were to address all employee relations issues, conduct employee investigations, execute the performance review cycle, oversee talent development, staffing needs, and recruitment efforts. I also created and executed the strategic workforce plan for the departments I supported and directed orientation and onboarding. My accomplishments are below: • Co-defined strategic workforce plan with division leadership focus to source talent, access leadership potential, strengthen core competencies and reduce knowledge gaps following a major organizational restructure. • Developed actionable plans to accelerate leadership development and position the organization for continued success utilizing business acumen, operational expertise, and HR analytics.
