DCCCA coordinates programs across Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma to provide behavioral health prevention and treatment services, recruitment of foster homes, foster home training and support, family services, and traffic safety education and resources. DCCCA also cooperates with local, state, and national programs and associations to provide education, research services, and resources when needed. Community Hospital-Fairfax is a critical access hospital located in Northwest Missouri. We are proud to offer our community acute and skilled care inpatient services, obstetrics, home health, surgery, radiology, laboratory and a full range of therapy services. Our ER is open 24 hours a day and we are one of the few small hospitals in our area to offer obstetrics. Our specialty clinics are an important service to our community. Cardiology, urology, oncology, orthopedics, OB-GYN and surgery are just a few that we offer. We have a fantastic medical staff and a primary care clinic inside our hospital seeing patients every day

EmberHope Youthville is a nonprofit, faith-based agency providing infrastructure and support to inspire hope in thousands of at-risk youth and families each year. Through our foster care, residential, and counseling programs our employees use trauma-informed practices focusing on the needs of the individual so they can be a catalyst of change. Our agency began in 1927 by the United Methodist Church as an orphanage and has evolved into a 501(c)3 nonprofit, faith-based agency committed to developing innovative programs that inspire change in at-risk youth and families. Throughout the years, EmberHope Youthville has maintained strong ties to United Methodist Churches.

Project Harmony Child Protection Center is a community-based organization providing child-friendly, centralized and integrated child abuse assessment and investigation for children throughout eastern Nebraska and southwest Iowa. Project Harmony works with state human services and local law enforcement agencies to protect the child and prosecute the offender. This past year, 8,064 children sought services at Project Harmony. Since the opening of Project Harmony in 1996 more than 64,000 children have received vital services in prevention and child abuse assessment, investigation and treatment referral. Prosecution rates have increased and abused children and their families are able to get professional help in the process of healing. The Project Harmony Training Institute was established in 2007 and since that time more than 30,000 students, citizens and professionals have been taught the best methods to assess and respond to children and their families who have been impacted by abuse and neglect. Project Harmony and its partner agencies work together to serve families throughout the communities of eastern Nebraska and southwest Iowa. This collaborative effort provides effective, immediate and sensitive support to child victims and their non-offending family members, improved communication and case resolution.

Arrowhead West, Inc. is a not-for profit organization serving children and adults with developmental disabilities with offices located in Dodge City, Medicine Lodge, Pratt, Kinsley, and Wichita Kansas. The agency has touched the lives of over 1,000 clients in the past year and employs over 235 staff members. Arrowhead West, Inc. (AWI) evolved from the efforts of the Dodge City Area Council for Retarded Children which served Ford, Gray and Hodgeman Counties. By 1976, with the addition of the Edwards County Training Center and the expressed interest of other counties, the need for a new provider organization became apparent. Arrowhead West was incorporated in November 1976 and began serving Edwards, Clark, Kiowa and Comanche Counties in addition to the original three. Preschool and adult vocational programs were provided. Residential services were established in 1979 with the opening of two group homes. In 1982 Ness County joined the AWI service system and Meade County joined in 1986. By 1986, new programs in Supported Living and Supported Employment were started. Five additional counties were added to the service area in 1989 (Sedgwick, Barber, Harper, Kingman and Pratt) when Community Living Services, Inc. and the Chikaskia Area Training Center merged with AWI. Today the organization operates day services at six locations, many community-based supported employment sites, over thirty residential sites and home-based Child Services out of Pratt and Dodge City offices. From its humble, beginnings AWI has grown to annually serve over 1,000 children and adults.
