Community Hospital-Fairfax is a critical access hospital located in Northwest Missouri. We are proud to offer our community acute and skilled care inpatient services, obstetrics, home health, surgery, radiology, laboratory and a full range of therapy services. Our ER is open 24 hours a day and we are one of the few small hospitals in our area to offer obstetrics. Our specialty clinics are an important service to our community. Project Harmony Child Protection Center is a community-based organization providing child-friendly, centralized and integrated child abuse assessment and investigation for children throughout eastern Nebraska and southwest Iowa. Project Harmony works with state human services and local law enforcement agencies to protect the child and prosecute the offender. This past year, 8,064 children sought services at Project Harmony. Since the opening of Project Harmony in 1996 more than 64,000 children have received vital services in prevention and child abuse assessment, investigation and treatment referral. Prosecution rates have increased and abused children and their families are able to get professional help in the process of healing. The Project Harmony Training Institute was established in 2007 and since that time more than 30,000 students, citizens and professionals have been taught the best methods to assess and respond to children and their families who have been impacted by abuse and neglect. Project Harmony and its partner agencies work together to serve families throughout the communities of eastern Nebraska and southwest Iowa. This collaborative effort provides effective, immediate and sensitive support to child victims and their non-offending family members, improved communication and case resolution.

Goodwill Industries, Inc., Serving Eastern Nebraska and Southwest Iowa, has been a leader in helping people fulfill their dreams through work since 1933. Our mission is to train and employ people with disabilities and others who may be at a competitive disadvantage in the job market. We do this by selling value-priced merchandise at 17 convenient locations in Omaha, Bellevue, Papillion, Fremont, Blair, Gretna and Council Bluffs. Although many people know Goodwill as a place to donate used clothing and household items, they may not realize that their donations sold in our retail stores fund programs that give thousands of formerly unemployed individuals the opportunity to earn a living and the chance to succeed in life. The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands (BGCM) is one of the largest youth-serving agencies in the Omaha metropolitan area. BGCM is an out of school, youth-serving agency. These opportunities are led by professional, positive role models that make a lifelong impact in the lives of those we serve. It is our mission to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, healthy and caring members of society. We currently operate 13 Clubs in the metro Omaha and Southwest Iowa area, in addition to Camp Nakomis, a summer camp that provides a positive, challenging outdoor experience to the youth within our community. Historically, BGCM has purposefully located Clubs in areas of high need in order to have the greatest impact on the lives of at-risk youth. Currently, we serve over 7,000 children and teens.

Child Saving Institute (CSI) was founded in 1892 and has been dedicated to the needs of children and families in the greater Omaha area for over 131 years. The Purpose is "Champion what's best for each child and family." The Promise is "With Heart & Humanity." The Values are "Humanity and Perseverance for Growth." CSI's programming is diverse, but so are the needs of today's children and youth. Services address the prevention, intervention and healing from child abuse, neglect, and abandonment. Thanks to the generosity of many donors, annually the organization serves over 3,000 kids and families each year.

Open Door Mission is a Gospel Rescue Mission committed to breaking the cycle of homelessness and poverty. Each day Open Door Mission’s campus offers 917 safe shelter beds to homeless men, women and children, serves over 3,500 nutritious meals and provides preventive measures to more than 275 people living in poverty. To meet the basic physical needs of the hungry and homeless, the Open Door Mission’s day facility services provide free transportation from the downtown area to Open Door Mission and Lydia House. Open Door Mission offers life-changing programs for those recovering from life-altering addictions and abuse to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty.

Vodec is a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation founded in 1968 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, by a group of parents, teachers and elected officials who wanted a community-based work program for their loved ones. Our mission is to provide services to persons with disabilities in order that those persons may live, work and participate in the community in the least restrictive environment to achieve their full potential. Today, we offer day, employment and residential services to Nebraska and Iowa consumers through our development centers in Omaha, Council Bluffs and Urbandale, Iowa.

Nishna Productions, Inc. is a non-profit, 501(c)3 community rehabilitation agency offering vocational training, employment and residential services to people with disabilities in Page, Fremont, Mills and Montgomery counties in southwest Iowa. The programs and services offered by Nishna Productions, Inc. focus on developing individual abilities, as we work toward attaining our mission of "providing support and opportunity for people to accomplish their goals."​ Many individuals with disabilities served by Nishna Productions, Inc. have been able to reach their personal goals and become contributing members of their communities as a result of the support and training given by the dedicated staff employed by the organization. Nishna Productions, Inc. currently operates two vocational training and three day services center, where vocational and day habilitation services are provided. The agency also has 22 residential sites located throughout the four counties.
