Community Hospital-Fairfax is a critical access hospital located in Northwest Missouri. We are proud to offer our community acute and skilled care inpatient services, obstetrics, home health, surgery, radiology, laboratory and a full range of therapy services. Our ER is open 24 hours a day and we are one of the few small hospitals in our area to offer obstetrics. Our specialty clinics are an important service to our community. Cardiology, urology, oncology, orthopedics, OB-GYN and surgery are just a few that we offer. We have a fantastic medical staff and a primary care clinic inside our hospital seeing patients every day

EmberHope Youthville is a nonprofit, faith-based agency providing infrastructure and support to inspire hope in thousands of at-risk youth and families each year. Through our foster care, residential, and counseling programs our employees use trauma-informed practices focusing on the needs of the individual so they can be a catalyst of change. Our agency began in 1927 by the United Methodist Church as an orphanage and has evolved into a 501(c)3 nonprofit, faith-based agency committed to developing innovative programs that inspire change in at-risk youth and families. Family Service Lincoln is a 501(c)3, founded in 1891 as the first charitable organization in Lincoln, Nebraska. The programming provided by Family Service has evolved over the years to meet the needs of families and fit the current conditions in our community. In 2021, we provided case management, housing, behavioral health therapy, expanded learning opportunities, and nutrition programs to 7,213 individuals. People’s City Mission was started in 1907 by local churches, offering food and shelter for transient and impoverished men, women and children. Today, the People’s City Mission is Lincoln’s primary homeless shelter housing 350 men, women, and children on an average day. PCM provides emergency and transitional housing to both men and families (including single mothers). The Help Center, opened in 1990, takes the donations our community gives us and distributes them to low-income families within the community for no cost. Here we collect and then distribute food, clothing, household items, furniture, toys, and personal care items. Textiles that are damaged or unwanted are recycled, with funds going back into supporting the services of the Mission. We give away the best and recycle the rest.

The Villages was founded in 1964 by Dr. Karl Menninger, world-renowned psychiatrist and child advocate. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 that operates 7 group homes for youth (5 homes in Topeka, KS plus 2 homes in Lawrence, KS). The youth are primarily kids from the foster care system or kids from Central America. The homes are lead by a House Manager or Case Manager. Staff provide 24/7 care, guidance, and support. Our goals include helping youth to: learn independent living skills, achieve success in school, and learn what it's like to live in a caring and nurturing home-like setting.
