Co., Inc., makes custom signage including: banners, trail marker signs, vehicle decals and graphics, magnetic signs, roadside and pole signs, plaques and engraved letters. R.J. Thomas Mfg. Co. also has the production capacity to accept additional custom fabrication and welding jobs. Our capabilities include: PRODUCT DESIGN: Using the latest versions of AutoCad and Inventor drafting software. MATERIALS: We leverage our material volume to negotiate excellent pricing on a variety of materials. FIBER LASER CUTTING: Our two Bystonic lasers and our Trumpf laser/punch can cut a variety of sheet thicknesses with fine tolerances. DEBURRING: Paint and powder finishes do not like sharp edges. Edge rounding is essential for any finished product. CNC SHEET METAL FORMING: We have automated and manual CNC Press brakes. CNC ROD FORMING: Our CNC rod former will take a variety of rod thicknesses straight from the coil, then straighten, form, and cut all in one step. MANUAL & ROBOTIC WELDING: We have several Pulse Mig Welders, an excellent welding staff, plus over a dozen robotic welders for large run welding jobs. POWDER COATING: Choose from any of our OEM colors with custom colors available on larger runs. THERMOPLASTIC COATING: We run a unique dip coating process that achieves 30-40 mil thicknesses (vs the standard 3-4) for an extremely durable finish. Thicker or thinner coatings available upon request.
