North Shore Railroad Company & Affiliates is a short line, freight railroad company based out of Northumberland, PA. North Shore consists of six short lines, rail unloading operations, and a railroad contracting company. With four divisions and 282 miles of track, the Buckingham Branch is the largest shortline railroad in Virginia. The Buckingham Division consists of 17 miles between Bremo, VA and Dillwyn, VA.
