• Responsible for carrying out the vision of the church through and by the means of the work of the women’s ministry.• Meets regularly with Pastor overseeing the women’s ministry.• Encourages other team members in their responsibilities, delegating appropriately, and assisting when needed.• Attends monthly church leadership meetings to receive and disseminate instructions given by Bishop, Pastor, and the Chief Ministry Officer for their ministry partners.• Facilitates women’s ministry leadership team meetings, preparing an agenda that encourages the contribution of every team member.• Responsible for facilitating the writing of the ministry’s annual strategic plan.• Ensures that each new partner of the ministry is adequately trained and acclimated to the procedures of their ministry.• Identifies training needs for leadership team members and finds opportunities to meet these needs.• Create a schedule of meetings for their ministry and schedule their partners for service via EQUIP.• Contacts women’s ministry team members as needed.• When team positions are unfilled, perform duties of that position when necessary.• Prays regularly for her position, women’s ministry team, and the women of the church and community.• Meets with successor to ensure a smooth transition.• Other duties as needed.
