Reports directly to CEO’s
Oversees 13 offices and 20 employees
Post ads, screen, interview, hire and train new staff in accordance with HR guidelines
Negotiate employee salaries
Conduct regular staff meetings and annual performance evaluations for the administrative team
Regularly review productivity and make staffing adjustments as needed
Manage daily staffing to ensure optimal operation of the practice
Oversees daily practice operations, including appointment scheduling, billing procedures, debt collections, security, and occupational health and safety
Monitor and approve time cards and track licensure requirements for staff
Secure professional liability insurance and certificates per office
Review accounts receivable reports monthly
Designs and implements workplace policies and procedures (maternity, workers comp, hazardous material, employee manual)
Manages practice and department budgets
Negotiate employee benefit packages
Negotiate insurance reimbursement contracts with individual insurance companies
Investigate claims and payments
Liaison between insurance company and billing department
Process payroll
Conduct on site visits
Practice Credentialing
Negotiate vendor agreements and contracts
