Polytechnic School in a K-12 independent school which was founded in 1907. Currently I report to the CFO and have a dotted line to the Head of School. My HR team and I help support just over 200 employees across our campus in areas such as; benefits, employee relations, comprehensive surveys, statutory compliance, payroll, retirement (403b), and a robust wellness programs. I am also responsible for the Risk Management function at Polytechnic. In this role and with my colleagues, I look to mitigate, avoid or transfer as much risk as possible without getting in the way of our students experiences here domestically and on international trips or for our employees across our campus.
