Stephen Pate is the product owner for Insights, Mployer Advisor's employee benefits benchmarking platform. He has been with Mployer since 2022, starting as a business analyst and then running analytics and operations before taking the product on, which means the benchmarks he writes about are ones he helped build. Before Mployer he interned in supply chain management at HealthTrust, HCA Healthcare's group purchasing organization, seeing the product lifecycle from warehouse to operating room. Earlier he analyzed automobile finance data for contracted banks. He is based in Nashville.
