The company was formed in 1965 by brothers Miles “Con” and George Searle in Vernal, Utah. Shortly after purchasing their first D7 Caterpillar the pair moved their business and families to Wyoming. The company set up shop in Rock Springs in 1972, where it is still family owned and operated. Today the company employs roughly 60 hard working men and women and completes civil engineering projects throughout Southwest Wyoming and the surrounding area.
