What are OGEL and TDM? The Oil, Gas and Energy Law journal (OGEL, https://www.ogel.org) and Transnational Dispute Management journal (TDM, https://www.transnational-dispute-management.com) are innovative and thought provoking journals energy law (OGEL) about international arbitration (TDM). The journals started publishing in 2003 and have since become known for their up-to-date, valuable and engaging contents. OGEL focuses on oil, gas and energy law, but also on international arbitration while TDM has a focus on international arbitration: particularly international investment arbitration. Professor Thomas W. Wälde is the founding editor of both OGEL and TDM. Professor Thomas W. Wälde (1949-2008), was a leading scholar and practitioner in the field of international energy and resources law. Professor Wälde excelled in developing and deepening international understanding of critical legal and policy issues relating to energy and natural resources. The journals bring together academics, judges and in-house counsels and other leading professionals in international arbitration: creating a network of people working in the same field, but with different viewpoints. The OGEMID forum is used to engage in discussions between these different groups. OGEMID has managed to become the only discussion platform in the world that provides these valuable insights. Similarly, as one of the oldest online energy discussion forums, OGELFORUM offers a unique platform for discussion and the sharing of insights of relevant issues related to oil, gas and energy issues. The journals are published between 4-6 times per year and cover everything important related to energy law and international arbitration. The journals are particularly famous for their articles and insights about international investment arbitration.
