The Carthage College Master of Science in Business Design and Innovation program consists of six foundational courses, an internship, five business design and innovation courses, and a capstone project. In addition, students participate in eight intensive weekend courses. Business Design and Innovation (BDI) Track prepares graduates to: • Lead and manage high-performing cross-functional teams. • Design innovative solutions. • Develop effective strategies and programs for private, nonprofit, and government sectors. I used whole group and differentiated small group instruction to meet the needs of learners in my classroom.
