Madison Area Rehabilitation Centers, Inc. (MARC) is the largest provider of community and center-based employment and day services for adults with developmental disabilities in Dane County, Wisconsin. We emphasize the importance of choice, the joy of work and the power of compassion. Now more than 60 years old, MARC enhances the lives of nearly 300 adults at five locations and at more than 100 community-based job sites.

Opportunities, Inc. is a Community Rehabilitation Program based in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, with additional locations in Watertown, Janesville, Beaver Dam, and Oconomowoc. For over 50 years the agency has continued to expand its comprehensive vocational training and employment services, social integration, academic programs, and supportive home care for individuals with barriers, to include those with disabilities, limited work experience, AODA issues, language challenges, economic disadvantages, employment dislocation, re-entry and veterans. Our Mission La Casa's mission is to provide opportunities for low-income individuals to achieve full social and economic participation in society, with emphasis on the Hispanic population. La Casa de Esperanza, Inc. began in 1966 as History Builders, a small, high quality childcare center, whose goal was to create a smooth transition for children living in a totally Spanish-speaking environment, to the Public School District's English speaking environment. In 2013, over 40 years later, La Casa continues to grow, with a passion for positive change. Since 1966, La Casa has expanded and now offers five fundamental programs. Our Education Programs include a thriving Early Childhood Education and School Age Education Program for the children and youth in our community. Workforce Development provides comprehensive employment assistance to low-income people seeking economic self-sufficiency. La Casa Village I and II offers affordable and private apartments to low-income seniors and disabled individuals. The Weatherization Program identifies energy waste and provides cost-effective, energy saving measures and education to low-income residential households. La Casa Clinica specializes in mental health and alcohol and drug treatment programs. La Casa de Esperanza is a community-based organization committed to providing opportunities for those within our community to achieve full social and economic participation in society, with an emphasis on the Hispanic population. Catholic Charities Diocese of Madison is a private 501(c)(3) non-profit affiliated with Catholic Charities USA. We have served individuals and families in the 11 counties of the Diocese of Madison since 1946. Our programs help those who are aging, living with a disability, experiencing mental health challenges, homelessness, and provide mobile food pantries in rural communities and drug and alcohol addiction treatment. Catholic Charities of Madison's mission is to demonstrate Christ's love and justice by caring in faith for the human family.

We believe that all children should have the support they need to succeed in school and life. But for some, things like poverty, family instability, abuse and neglect threaten that support. At Lad Lake, 95% of the youth in our care come from a family in crisis unable to support them as they wish; and most suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder and serious anxiety disorders. Here in our community, Lad Lake is the emergency room of the child welfare system. We provide kids safety, individualized therapy, and skill-building for independence. Whether it's support for foster kids, mentors for troubled youth, or a safe-haven for exploited and abused girls, Lad Lake counselors cultivate stability and self-reliance for more than 1,100 kids and their families every year. For eight generations, Lad Lake has prided itself on evolving to meet tour community's most pressing needs. Our experience tells us the best way to create long-term success is through proven programs that foster healthy relationships, strengthen families, and connect youth to community resources. In this way, we can see that kids get a second chance in life, and opportunities they need to succeed.

Creative Community Living Services is non-profit organization helping individuals to establish community supports that will preserve and enhance the dignity and rights of those who rely on others while seeking their own level of independence.

Community Partnerships is a nonprofit organization serving children with mental health issues to be successful in their homes, schools, and communities. Community Partnerships currently provides the following programs and services: Children Come First—An intensive case management program serving children in Dane County with mental health issues who are at risk of institutional placement. Case Management Services—Intensive case management services and wraparound support for children living outside of Dane County. The Engagement Project—A collaboration with the Madison School District and Memorial High School, working to successfully engage incoming freshman with an overall goal of increasing graduation rates for at risk youth. ArtSpeak—A therapeutic expressive arts group for children and families. Family Advocacy & Support—Parent and family support, including monthly Parent Meeting groups.

Community Living Connections, Inc. is a local, non-profit agency founded in 2004. CLC provides home-based and community-based supported living services to approximately 250 individuals who live throughout the communities of Madison, Beaver Dam, Fond du Lac, Platteville, and Stoughton - Wisconsin! We respect each person's unique contribution to their community. We ensure person-centered supports that emphasize dignity, respect and independence. Our services aim to connect individuals with their community and help them reach their full potential. The success of our organization is measured by the individual successes of the people we serve. Adults with developmental disabilities living their dreams, traveling, buying their own homes, getting married, working, owning a business - choosing and directing their own lives. Second Harvest believes that everyone in our community should have equal access to nutritious, affordable, and culturally meaningful food. Through core services of food acquisition & storage, food distribution, and FoodShare Outreach, SHFB provides people facing hunger access to enough nutritious food to thrive, serving the sixteen counties in Southern Wisconsin. Second Harvest exists to end hunger in Southwestern Wisconsin, with the belief that healthy food belongs to all. Since 1986, Second Harvest has worked with a network of over 300 food distribution partners to achieve the goals of nutrition security and food equity for all.
