Madison Area Rehabilitation Centers, Inc. (MARC) is the largest provider of community and center-based employment and day services for adults with developmental disabilities in Dane County, Wisconsin. We emphasize the importance of choice, the joy of work and the power of compassion. Now more than 60 years old, MARC enhances the lives of nearly 300 adults at five locations and at more than 100 community-based job sites.

Our Mission La Casa's mission is to provide opportunities for low-income individuals to achieve full social and economic participation in society, with emphasis on the Hispanic population. La Casa de Esperanza, Inc. began in 1966 as History Builders, a small, high quality childcare center, whose goal was to create a smooth transition for children living in a totally Spanish-speaking environment, to the Public School District's English speaking environment. In 2013, over 40 years later, La Casa continues to grow, with a passion for positive change. Since 1966, La Casa has expanded and now offers five fundamental programs. Our Education Programs include a thriving Early Childhood Education and School Age Education Program for the children and youth in our community. Workforce Development provides comprehensive employment assistance to low-income people seeking economic self-sufficiency. La Casa Village I and II offers affordable and private apartments to low-income seniors and disabled individuals. The Weatherization Program identifies energy waste and provides cost-effective, energy saving measures and education to low-income residential households. La Casa Clinica specializes in mental health and alcohol and drug treatment programs. La Casa de Esperanza is a community-based organization committed to providing opportunities for those within our community to achieve full social and economic participation in society, with an emphasis on the Hispanic population. La Casa helps more than 20,000 individuals and families annually through a variety of programs and services to create positive change in the community. La Casa continues to transform every individual and family it touches, fostering hope and providing opportunities for a prosperous, engaged and connected community.

Catholic Charities Diocese of Madison is a private 501(c)(3) non-profit affiliated with Catholic Charities USA. We have served individuals and families in the 11 counties of the Diocese of Madison since 1946. Our programs help those who are aging, living with a disability, experiencing mental health challenges, homelessness, and provide mobile food pantries in rural communities and drug and alcohol addiction treatment. Catholic Charities of Madison's mission is to demonstrate Christ's love and justice by caring in faith for the human family.

Second Harvest believes that everyone in our community should have equal access to nutritious, affordable, and culturally meaningful food. Through core services of food acquisition & storage, food distribution, and FoodShare Outreach, SHFB provides people facing hunger access to enough nutritious food to thrive, serving the sixteen counties in Southern Wisconsin. Second Harvest exists to end hunger in Southwestern Wisconsin, with the belief that healthy food belongs to all. Since 1986, Second Harvest has worked with a network of over 300 food distribution partners to achieve the goals of nutrition security and food equity for all.

Comprehensive Family Services is a mental health care company based out of 501 Prospect Ave, Beloit, Wisconsin, United States.

While all hospices in the U.S. are mandated by the federal government to provide certain services to terminally ill individuals, not all hospices are the same. Since 1910, Family Service Madison, located at 128 E. Olin Avenue, Madison, Wisconsin, has been serving and celebrating families. As a nonprofit human service agency, we offer help to people of all income levels. This year we will work with over 5,000 families in our continued and dedicated efforts to support family life in Dane County, Wisconsin.

Options for Community Living, Inc. is a community based not-for-profit organization established in 1982 to serve Long Islanders in need. Through housing programs and case management services, we prepare participants for the demands of community life; promote housing permanency; and foster individual health, safety, and welfare. Our programs are specialized to serve individuals with psychiatric disabilities and other serious chronic illnesses including HIV/AIDS. Options served more than 2,000 adults and children on Long Island last year.

VIP Services offers a dynamic range of programs, services, and supports to help a diverse group of people with differing abilities to live a life characterized by dignity and purpose. Our core programs include Work/Employment Skills Training, Community Employment, and Day Services. We operate a large fleet of accessible vehicles to transport seniors and people with disabilities around Walworth County and beyond, along with Wal-to-Wal, a shared ride public transportation within Walworth County. Through State contract, we clean and maintain all Rest Areas within Walworth and Rock counties as well as some in Dane and Waukesha counties. Since 1970, we have helped thousands of people to live and work as valued members of our communities.

Our mission is to reduce homelessness in Dane County by collaborating with the community to provide shelter, affordable housing, and supportive services that eliminate barriers and empower the individuals and families we serve. We are the largest non-profit provider of affordable housing in Dane County and are comprised of an emergency shelter for men, an eviction prevention program, an outreach team, a job-training program, and provide housing and supportive services to men, women, and families. Goldie Floberg has over a 100 year history of providing care, protection, help, and friendship to those who don’t always have a voice to advocate for themselves. We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping kids, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities in communities surrounding Rockford, Illinois. We want to enhance the lives of the people we serve by giving them the opportunities and ability to make choices that people often overlook on a daily basis. Everyday, the people we serve create dreams and passions and we help to make that become a reality.
