Madison Area Rehabilitation Centers, Inc. (MARC) is the largest provider of community and center-based employment and day services for adults with developmental disabilities in Dane County, Wisconsin. Opportunities, Inc. is a Community Rehabilitation Program based in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, with additional locations in Watertown, Janesville, Beaver Dam, and Oconomowoc. For over 50 years the agency has continued to expand its comprehensive vocational training and employment services, social integration, academic programs, and supportive home care for individuals with barriers, to include those with disabilities, limited work experience, AODA issues, language challenges, economic disadvantages, employment dislocation, re-entry and veterans. Catholic Charities Diocese of Madison is a private 501(c)(3) non-profit affiliated with Catholic Charities USA. We have served individuals and families in the 11 counties of the Diocese of Madison since 1946. Our programs help those who are aging, living with a disability, experiencing mental health challenges, homelessness, and provide mobile food pantries in rural communities and drug and alcohol addiction treatment. We believe that all children should have the support they need to succeed in school and life. But for some, things like poverty, family instability, abuse and neglect threaten that support. At Lad Lake, 95% of the youth in our care come from a family in crisis unable to support them as they wish; and most suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder and serious anxiety disorders. Here in our community, Lad Lake is the emergency room of the child welfare system. We provide kids safety, individualized therapy, and skill-building for independence. Whether it's support for foster kids, mentors for troubled youth, or a safe-haven for exploited and abused girls, Lad Lake counselors cultivate stability and self-reliance for more than 1,100 kids and their families every year. For eight generations, Lad Lake has prided itself on evolving to meet tour community's most pressing needs. Our experience tells us the best way to create long-term success is through proven programs that foster healthy relationships, strengthen families, and connect youth to community resources. In this way, we can see that kids get a second chance in life, and opportunities they need to succeed.

Creative Community Living Services is non-profit organization helping individuals to establish community supports that will preserve and enhance the dignity and rights of those who rely on others while seeking their own level of independence.

Community Partnerships is a nonprofit organization serving children with mental health issues to be successful in their homes, schools, and communities. Community Partnerships currently provides the following programs and services: Children Come First—An intensive case management program serving children in Dane County with mental health issues who are at risk of institutional placement. Case Management Services—Intensive case management services and wraparound support for children living outside of Dane County. The Engagement Project—A collaboration with the Madison School District and Memorial High School, working to successfully engage incoming freshman with an overall goal of increasing graduation rates for at risk youth. ArtSpeak—A therapeutic expressive arts group for children and families. Family Advocacy & Support—Parent and family support, including monthly Parent Meeting groups.

Community Living Connections, Inc. is a local, non-profit agency founded in 2004. CLC provides home-based and community-based supported living services to approximately 250 individuals who live throughout the communities of Madison, Beaver Dam, Fond du Lac, Platteville, and Stoughton - Wisconsin! Second Harvest believes that everyone in our community should have equal access to nutritious, affordable, and culturally meaningful food. Through core services of food acquisition & storage, food distribution, and FoodShare Outreach, SHFB provides people facing hunger access to enough nutritious food to thrive, serving the sixteen counties in Southern Wisconsin. Second Harvest exists to end hunger in Southwestern Wisconsin, with the belief that healthy food belongs to all. Since 1986, Second Harvest has worked with a network of over 300 food distribution partners to achieve the goals of nutrition security and food equity for all.

United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Dane County (UCP) is dedicated to understanding disabilities, creating opportunities and promoting a community where everyone belongs. More than our name, you probably know someone who has been served by UCP. We provide programs and services from birth through adulthood to people who have autism, epilepsy, Down syndrome, traumatic brain injury and delays in speech, mobility and development. We serve more than 1,600 children and adults annually across southern Wisconsin.

Since 1977, ATTIC Correctional Services, Inc. (ACS) has provided correctional programs for the criminal justice system. The Agency provides community-based programs that provide individuals with structure and supervision, help them acquire appropriate social behavior, and prepare them for self-sufficiency, while addressing the need for community safety. As a 501 (c) (3) private non-profit agency, ACS is governed by a Board of Directors, with further community input from regional Community Advisory Committees. In 2007, a subsidiary called ACS Clinical Services, LLC was formed to further advance our non-profit certified treatment program initiatives providing AODA and mental health services in several locations around the State of Wisconsin .
