KLB Construction, Inc. is a family owned Heavy Highway Civil Contractor based in Mukilteo, WA. KLB started in 1984 and was part of the DBE program for the early years but quickly graduated from the program and is now one of the Pacific Northwest's largest heavy civil contractors specializing in underground utilities, and mass excavation.
