As life gets faster and more complex, the need for quality time and space - the freedom to be you - grows too. At Gloster we open doors to timelessly beautiful exteriors where your furniture sets the mood, just the way you want it to be. And we take the long view, using only the very best materials and techniques available. Our aim is your pleasure - to be enjoyed in countless special moments outdoors. Gloster's roots can be traced all the way back to West Africa in 1960, where a band of passionate entrepreneurs and furniture makers took the first steps on a long journey. By the early 1970’s, increased demand and access to plantation grown teak led us to move our factory to Indonesia. Today, the same passion, conviction and pride that launched the Gloster brand, continues to fuel our business. We may live in a different world than the one occupied by our founders, but one thing remains the same - we are furniture makers whose sole focus is to design and build the world’s finest outdoor furniture.

SPAULDING EQUIPMENT, INC.
SPAULDING EQUIPMENT, INC.
Clover, Virginia
1-24 employees
Founded by George E. Spaulding in 1966, the company has roots in the California aggregate industry dating to the late 1930's. Starting as a young construction foreman, George went on to run the operations for Graham Bros. (now Martin Marietta by the way of Lehigh Hanson/Hanson Aggregates). In 1960, George decided to open a sand & gravel pit just outside of San Juan Capistrano, CA. The plant helped build Orange County's core infrastructure and was eventually purchased by ConRock (now Vulcan Materials by way of CalMat). In 1966, Spaulding Equipment Co. started "operations" on a small farm in San Juan Capistrano and became popular as a place where George would "rebuild" cone crushers and put together small systems for the locals, many of which were dear friends. The next 50 years saw the company flourish, flounder, flourish again... and in the middle of all that, relocated to Perris, CA in 1990 with a new 13-acre facility with engineering, fabrication, machining, and parts distribution.
