TREATMENT Our multidisciplinary treatment team works alongside our patients and their families to set individualized goals, needs, and progress. Treatment is on a short-term, inpatient basis and consists of group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, daily activities, and medication evaluation. Our treatment team includes a psychiatrist, medical doctor, registered nurses, occupational/speech/physical therapists, and more. 24/7 REFERRALS AND ADMISSIONS Our Nurse Liaison Team is available for round-the-clock referrals and assessments. Referrals may be made by providers, patients, or families. A physician's order is not required.Once a referral call is made, we will promptly provide the following: on-site or remote assessment, phone calls and paperwork with POA/patient/family, arrange transportation, and post-discharge follow-up. ​
