I partner with families on their journey and work to support them as they set and achieve their own personal and collective community goals! -Expand the reach of Renter Equity for new families -Facilitate trainings based on resident need -Design resources/curriculum to support education & facilitate trainings -Navigate social services sector to help families connect to appropriate resources -Case Management/Relationship Building with families engaged with Renter Equity -Design & Operated Family Engagement Process -Manage and facilitate growth & success of Renter Equity Model -Facilitated Asset Based Community Development -Develop & Maintain key strategic partnerships -Data Analysis of Renter Equity participation -Community & Partner trainings to illustrate need for RE model
