As a small private manufacture of polyester batting we are personally involved in every aspect of day to day operations. with our dedication and hard work we have grown the business with the help of a great team of workers that strive to manufacture the highest quality product for each customer. In December 2011, we acquired another location in Indianapolis, IN. Here we have a small cut and sew operation that caters to the replacement cushion, pillow and casket markets. We also make thermally bonded highloft as well at this location. With a strong management team, Chris Haycraft and Tammy Hanson, we exceed the expectations of our customers while maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment. Both sites manufacture HighLoft polyester batting for the furniture, mattress, home furnishings, casket, acoustical Insulation, thermal insulation and automotive markets in the Midwest region. We are driven by a pursuit of customer satisfaction though quality, service and attention to their needs. in 2015, we continued our growth by installing a new state of the art Highloft Airlay line, designed to produce light weight high performance batting, which out performs everything in the highloft industry. We are supplying the acoustic and thermal insulation markets. We continue to look and explore new opportunities to grow and develop new products. Now in December 2018, We continue to expand, we have expanded our Indianapolis IN operations, by purchasing a larger 135,000 Sq ft facility and adding a 5 meter wide card and crosslap thermal bonding line, which will give us in excess of 6 million pounds of new capacity. The new line started production on Dec 26th, 2018. We are now actively looking for new customers and demonstrating how important a major investment in our business can help our customers, Kevin Doll has joined our team.
