The MNCPA is professional association for CPAs with more than 8,500 members who work in public accounting, industry, government and education. CPA membership is open to individuals who have passed the CPA exam. Associate membership is available for non-CPAs who work in an accounting capacity. The MNCPA offers over 250 CPE programs including more than 10 member developed conferences. We save children’s lives by transforming pediatric heart care in underserved parts of the world.​​ One in 100 children is born with heart disease. Only one in 10 has access to care. Children's HeartLink is working to change that. Every 41 minutes a child has a lifesaving heart procedure at a Children's HeartLink partner hospital in Brazil, China, India, Malaysia or Vietnam. Children's HeartLink leads training partnerships with medical volunteer teams from top teaching and research institutions who commit to multi-year partnerships to train and empower their peers in the delivery of high-quality, team-based care. When these local hospitals and programs consistently deliver high-quality, complex care, they become a Children's HeartLink Center of Excellence. Centers of Excellence commit to training other pediatric cardiac specialists from low-resource environments. The Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging, Inc. is a non-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors. MNRAAA has been designated by the Minnesota Board on Aging (MBA) as the Area Agency on Aging (AAA) for the Southwest Planning and Service Area in Minnesota. As a state-designated AAA, MNRAAA administers OAA funds and is responsible for the development of a coordinated and comprehensive system of services for older adults and their caregivers in Big Stone, Blue Earth, Brown, Chippewa, Cottonwood, Faribault, Jackson, Kandiyohi, Lac qui Parle, Le Sueur, Lincoln, Lyon, Martin, McLeod, Meeker, Murray, Nicollet, Nobles, Pipestone, Redwood, Renville, Rock, Sibley, Swift, Waseca, Watonwan and Yellow Medicine Counties. To accomplish this, MNRAAA awards Title III OAA funding to agencies and organizations that provide direct services for older people (age 60+) and their caregivers.
