Midwest Operating Engineers is a Multi Employee Trust Funds Fringes. The Fund Office is responsible for the administration of the following fringe benefits for the members of I.U.O.E. Fast forward to today, the Fund Office employs over 100 employees and the current Administrative Manager is Thomas M. Bernstein.
