As the Director of New Business of a major independent insurance agency that specializes in estate planning, I oversaw the quality assurance process for life insurance applications. Managing up to 70 cases at a time, I confirmed the collection of forms, signatures and policy criteria. Additional duties included underwriting requirement reviews, validation of insurance policies, collaboration with insurance agents to confirm policy delivery requirements, management of client database and files, and renewal of business and agent licenses.
