This healthcare conversion public charity was created in 2001 and had initial assets of approximately $115 million. It serves Maricopa and Mohave counties. I was responsible for the Phoenix region portfolio which included general health, behavioral and oral health grant making. Strategic areas of focus included: access to care, healthcare workforce development, improving community health outcomes and strengthening communities for families. Grant making, convening, scholarships and special initiatives were all portfolio activities.

Pop Warner continues to grow and serves as the only youth football, cheerleading & dance organization that requires its participants to maintain academic standards in order to participate. Pop Warner's commitment to academics is what separates the program from other youth sports around the world. As the only national youth sports organization that requires scholastic aptitude to participate, Pop Warner is committed to developing America's young people on the field and off. Each year Pop Warner continues to expand its efforts in team and activity participation, as well as visibility and outreach in the community. Lead and direct grassroots to engage with policy issues which impact all Arizonans. Their voice matters!In 2021, my team along with grassroots citizens and coalition parters worked with legislators and fought hard for a 1.7 billion tax cut for all Arizonans. This included the income tax to reduce to a flat tax of 2.5%. With soaring inflation, this legislative win helped millions of Arizonans keep more money in their pockets.

Family and Juvenile Law. My practice includes: dissolution of marriage, legal separation, child support, paternity, parenting time, legal decision-making (formerly "custody"), spousal maintenance, modifications and enforcement of existing orders, relocation, orders of protection, injunctions against harassment, DCS cases, dependency, termination of parental rights, guardianship, and adoption, and all grandparent actions.
