What’s New in Insights and Insights Plus We’re excited to share the latest updates to Insights and Insights+ for 2026. Each year, we take your feedback and turn it into meaningful improvements to our benchmarking tools, and this year is no exception. The conversations we have with our partners directly shape what we build. This year’s enhancements reflect exactly what you’ve been asking for: more granular benchmarking options, expanded coverage across emerging benefit areas, and deeper comparisons that strengthen your client conversations.
