UKG recently conducted a survey of more than 4,000 people across the globe and uncovered some of the lasting impacts the Great Resignation has had on people who quit their job during the pandemic.

According to these survey results, more than 4 out of 10 of these respondents believed that the job they left during the pandemic was better than the job they have currently. Perhaps unsurprisingly, 4 out of 10 respondents also quit their jobs without first seeking other employment, and 4 out of 10 respondents now believe they quit too hastily.

In fact, at this point almost 2 out of 10 of those respondents have returned to work again for the company they quit during the pandemic.

You can read more here about what the quitting employees missed most about their old jobs as well as several other interesting survey points.
