There is valuable insight to be gleaned from a recent article released by McKinsey & Company, which reports that telehealth and other means of accessing digital care has become common for nearly 6 in 10 Medicare Advantage users.

Further, the study noted that those who engaged with the digital tools available to them would prioritize the quality of digital access to care as a significant factor and a means of comparing and evaluating different options when choosing a plan.

The data also indicates that people who engaged more regularly with these kinds of digital care access tools and platforms were less likely to switch to another plan.
