Indeed analyzed and published some of the data that it has collected on its website, which reveals considerable growth in the proportion of job postings that included an employer-provided salary range.

Likely in response to the tight labor market and resulting heightened demand for top talent, as well as the growing prioritization of earning fair market wages among the workforce, the number of job posters listing a salary has more than doubled in the last 2 years - growing from about 18% in early 2020 to almost 44% by February 2023.
