In February, inflation rose 3.2%, which is 1.8% down from its average of 5% over the past 12 months.

The goods with the greatest reduction in inflation appear to be food and energy. When all goods and services other than food and energy are accounted for separately, inflation in February was at 3.6% while the average over the past year was only 1% higher at 4.6%.

In any case, inflation growth has been on a clear downward trajectory.
