Forbes Advisor recently published a survey that yielded some interesting results - particularly in terms of where the greatest disconnects are between how employers and employees view various benefit offerings.

The largest gap appears to be the difference in how important employers and employees respectively view paid time-off, which 31% of surveyed employees listed as a top benefit while employers didn’t even rank mental health benefits in their top 5 priorities so the specific percentage isn’t broken out in the survey analysis provided.

The other large perception gap revealed by the survey is between employers’ and employees’ views on mental health assistance, which had 33% of surveyed employees list it as a top benefit while only 22% of employers did.

You can read more about those survey results here.
