Virtual women’s and family health clinic Maven released a report on the state of family health in 2023.

Some of the biggest takeaways from the report’s findings are that 87% of employers have determined that family benefits are a huge deal to employees, and more than 60% of employers plan to boost family benefits offerings within the coming few years, especially via the addition of reproductive health benefits which more than 7 out of 10 companies are planning to add if they are not offered already.

Further, almost 2 out of 3 employees report having missed time from work to address family/fertility health needs, and 40% of those employees believe their employer could be doing a better job meeting these needs.

You can read more about that survey here.
