In terms of years of service for Idaho businesses, at five years the average number of leave days in a consolidated program is 20, compared with 15 vacation days. At ten years, the average for consolidated leave plans is 23 while the average for paid vacation is 19.

What Holidays do Idaho Employers Offer?

Holidays are a vital portion of any leave package, and they will differ depending on the size and sector of your company. 33% of businesses have just six or fewer paid holidays for their employees. 55% give between 7 and 10 paid holidays, with 26% providing more than 10 paid holidays. Core holidays include New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas; they can also include Veterans Days, Memorial Day, and other observed dates. It is at the discretion of the employer.
