This company ACTUALLY feels like a family, don’t wanna make it sound like that corporate mumbo jumbo feeling, but its great that its employee owned. When entering this company, your expectations from corporate companies are taken off your shoulders as operations, communication (in terms of business matters), and roles in this company run fairly smooth in the warehouses and at the corporate office.

Alaina Fausett and Debbie May are some of the worst and rudest insurance agents I have ever spoken to in my life. Insurance is enough of a nightmare even with a good agent. Definitely go through a different agency. Response: nothing worse than a failure to take accountability or offer a sincere apology: 1) your agents did not act in an unbiased fashion. Their actions prejudiced me and cost me time and money as a result. They had ample opportunity to communicate with me via email or phone any issues they had, and they chose to neither contact me nor act. This is not unbiased - ignoring a represented client to their detriment is a failure. This should be acknowledge not obfuscated. 2) on numerous occasions your agents noted changes to the account that resulted in cost increases. Never once did they notice cost decrease changes - even when the same change triggered an increase/decrease your staff noted only the increase. Immediately upon changing agents I saved money without changing coverage due to discounts being applied that your staff failed to apply. This is not the first time I was not given discounts that should apply by your agents, but it was the last. The "we did nothing wrong" attitude appears to go straight to the top, so it makes sense that your staff can neither take accountability for their failures nor learn from them.
